All of the yoga we teach comes with both physical and mental improvement. The first two, Ashtanga and Vinyasa, are more physical and demanding, combining  yoga postures with breathing and movement, the third, Hatha, Is a slower,  more gentle and restorative practice,  the fourth, Naam, is a beautiful mixture of meditation. movement, and sound which offers amazing results, both physical and mental, and our Varied  Meditation and Mindfulness classes offer a clearing of the  head and heart, as well as stress reduction. All of our classes are designed , specifically, to the level of all students, and are tailored to what they want and need most. We are very good at what we do.
